Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our website (the "Service").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

1.1 Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Service. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. Our system employs advanced behavioral detection to identify individuals attempting to create multiple accounts.

We recognize that legitimate shared networks (such as households, dormitories, schools, libraries, or businesses) may have multiple users accessing our Service from the same IP address. This is permitted as long as each account represents a distinct individual. However, we prohibit any single person from creating or maintaining multiple accounts regardless of whether different devices or IP addresses are used.

Any user caught attempting to circumvent this policy by creating multiple accounts will be subject to account termination without further notice.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

1.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

2. Intellectual Property and Content

2.1 Service Content

Our Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the website owner and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

2.2 User Content

You may provide content to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading any User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to upload such content and grant the licenses described herein.

2.3 Downloading and Distribution Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from sharing or distributing any files downloaded from this site without explicit permission from the owner. Unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 General Prohibitions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international law
Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
Impersonating another user or person
Using the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations

3.2 Web Scraping Prohibition

Scraping, data mining, or any automated extraction of data from the website is strictly prohibited. Any user caught engaging in such activities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This includes the use of bots, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, monitor, or copy any content from the Service.

3.3 Technical Restrictions

You may not:

Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach security or authentication measures
Attempt to access or search the Service by any means other than through our publicly supported interfaces
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

4.1 Payment Processor

All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your card number, bank account, or any other raw payment credentials on our servers. Your payment details are held by PayPal under their own terms and privacy policy.

4.2 Subscription Plans (Premium & Elite)

Subscriptions are recurring. Premium ($9.99/month) and Elite ($15.99/month) automatically renew every 30 days through PayPal until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge the payment method on file at each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your profile or through PayPal directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no refunds for partial months.

4.3 Daily Pass

The Daily Pass is a one-time purchase that grants unlimited trading for 24 hours from activation. Multiple Daily Pass purchases stack: each additional pass extends your active pass by another 24 hours. Daily Passes do not auto-renew.

4.4 Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once the service is delivered. Because Premium/Elite subscriptions provide instant unlimited trading access and Daily Passes activate immediately on purchase, we do not offer prorated refunds, partial refunds, or cancellation refunds for the current billing period.

In the case of a proven technical failure where service was never delivered, contact support and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

4.5 Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving service will result in the permanent termination of your account. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support first and we will investigate. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is a breach of these Terms.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will not take effect until your next renewal period and will be communicated in advance. If you disagree with a new price, you may cancel before the next renewal.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the website owner and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

Your use and access of the Service
Your violation of any term of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the website owner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
